Полные уроды, только что отписались, что не смогли подтвердить бронь. Отель уже забронировал, мозги пудрили две недели, просили то один документ, то другой. Жду деньги.
Деньги вернули достаточно быстро, но учитывая неделю созвонов, переписок, уточнения одних и тех же данных, потерянных писем и в конце "мы не смогли", думайте сами.

I am sorry to hear about the issues that you have experienced.
While selling products on our website the prices and availability are shown on a real-time basis. We aim to update our systems regularly, as and when flights or hotel inventory are sold. If there are multiple users trying to book the same package or flight at the same time, the chosen fare may not be available causing a fare fluctuation.
Having reviewed the details I see that your booking was not auto-confirmed by our supplier. Hence, there was an auto-generated email sent informing that we are working on your booking. We tried confirming your booking manually but were unsuccessful due to a fare increase.
As your booking was not confirmed, we did not charge your card. The funds that were placed on a temporary hold was released from our end. Usually, the released hold amount reflects in your available balance immediately but at times may take longer, depending on your bank's clearing time.
