Испорченный отпуск.

Броинровал 18.05.2019 через Bravofly 2 билета в Милан и обратно. Деньги 514 $ сняли с карточки сразу (заблокировали). Через 2 часа бронь отменили. Деньги вернули на карту через 1 месяц ровно!!!! Билеты новые в Милан купить не смог, так как деньги были заблокированы на карте. Бронь в Милане на жильё тоже пропала 150€. !!!! Отпуск просто испорчен окончательно!!!! Кроме "извините" ничего не получил от этой компании. Отстой! Отстой Отстой! Испортили отпуск.! Я не рекомендую!!!!! Если бы можно было, то не поставил бы ни одной звезды. Кстати, они предлагают сразу и аренду авто, не помню точно название, но что-то вроде Econom car rent или Econom car. Читал отзывы об этой аренде машин, не связывайтесь. Арендуйте у более известных компаний.

I am sorry to know that you are still awaiting a refund.

Having reviewed the details I see that your booking was not confirmed so we did not charge your card. The funds that were placed on a temporary hold were released to the original form of payment. Also, we have sent you a refund document for your reference which can be provided at the bank.

Please be advised that there is no charge on your statement so there will be no refund transaction as well. When the frozen funds are released, it reflects in your available balance directly.

Обман.Cheating!

Добрый день! Бронировал билеты через Bravofly 18.05.2019 в Милан из Киева. Бронь подтвердили, деньги 514$ сняли с карточки сразу. Но через 2 часа они отменили бронь и деньги до сих пор не вернули. Прошло уже более 2-х недель, а денег нет. Никому не рекомендую данную компанию. Похоже на мошенничество.
Из-за них я потерял бронь жилья в Милане и в другом городе. Я потерял приличную сумму денег и в итоге не полетел в Милан. Не связывайтесь с ними.

I booked my tickets 18/05/2019 from Kyiv to Milan. Bravofly confirmed my booking and deduct 514 USD from my account. But after 2 hours Bravofly cancelled my booking, I do not know why, and still did not return my money. Already passed 2 weeks and no money. No refund.
I treat it like cheating. I can not recomend this company for someone alse!

I am concerned to know about your cancelled booking.

I have checked your booking details and see that your booking was not confirmed due to a technical issue on our supplier's system. As your booking was not confirmed, we did not charge your card. The funds that were placed on a temporary hold was released from our end. Usually, the released hold amount reflects in your available balance immediately but at times may take longer, depending on your bank's clearing time. I have sent you a refund document for your reference.

Бронировал билеты

Бронировал билеты. Деньги за билеты 514$ сняли сразу. Но через 2 часа пришло уведомление об отмене брони. Деньги пока не вернули, жду. Обещали в течении 5-10 дней. Это привело меня к большим неудобствам. Не доволен.

I am sorry to know about the issue that you have experienced.

Usually, when a booking is made it is auto-confirmed by our supplier/s immediately and the confirmation email is sent to the customer. At times it may remain pending due to various reasons.

In this case, we try confirming your reservation manually. However, at times, we might be unsuccessful. Having reviewed the details I see that your booking was not confirmed due to a technical issue on our supplier's system.

As your booking was not confirmed, we did not charge your card. The funds that were placed on a temporary hold was released from our end. Usually, the released hold amount reflects in your available balance immediately but at times may take longer, depending on your bank's clearing time.
